OpenPad launches a network for designers and developers interested in developing sites using OpenPad.

OpenPad users can register their name and portfolio information to receive project leads, or to seek additional assistance with the development of a site using the OpenPad service.

When a client interested in using our service contacts us, we first consult with them to understand their needs. Then, we use this information to select the appropriate team from our network of designers, writers, and developers. Additionally, OpenPad users wishing to register for a new electronic database, available for customers to browse online, please contact us.

OpenPad is now compatible with the Firefox Web browser on Mac and Windows.

In an effort to make OpenPad accessible to even more users, now sites can also be built with OpenPad using Firefox on either Mac or PC. The complete list of browsers compatible with OpenPad are: Windows® 2000 or Windows® XP operating systems, OpenPad requires Microsoft® Internet Explorer® version 5.5 and up, or Firefox® version 1.5.0.6 and up. On Mac, OpenPad requires Firefox® version 1.5.0.1 and up running on Mac OS® X v10.2.8 or later.

It is our goal to make OpenPad accessible to as many people as possible and, in service of that goal, we will continue to look for new opportunities for browser compatibility.

OpenPad celebrates its third anniversary with hundreds of users across eight countries.

As it enters its fourth year in development, OpenPad and OpenPad Enterprise are being used by clients around the world, producing sites in eight different languages.

OpenPad is at the head of a change that is spreading throughout the software business. It is a Web 2.0 application that performs like desktop software, but lives exclusively within a Web browser. Though it began as a full-service Web application, a self-service version has recently launched to bring the benefits of OpenPad to a wider range of users.
