Features

Expanded work-flow features
Account administrators can limit the users who have access to publish to the Web. The administrator may also restricted editing to select areas of each page. OpenPad Enterprise also allows users the ability to send pages back and forth using an internal messaging system to notify and flag pages for review. This allows you to manage the flow of page development between users in remote locations without having to send email messages.

Connection to enterprise databases
With OpenPad Enterprise you are able to connect to any databases connected to the Internet using our open source framework. We provide the technical support to set up connections to your databases, and once the connections are in place OpenPad Enterprise provides the control to allow non-technical users to select the information they want to see from the database, and place it on the page using the drag and drop page editor without programming.

Connect to industry leading content sources
Integrate content from Google, YouTube, Amazon, or any other content provider on the web. Some programming may be required to set up these connections, but once they are in place you can control and place this content on the page using our drag and drop page editor.

Publish pages to any server platform
OpenPad Enterprise allows you to publish to any server platform (Unix, Windows, Macintosh).

Use any middleware tools
Enable your IT staff to use the middleware tools of their choice to develop business logic and content display rules. They can develop in ASP, JSP, CFM, PHP, or any other language of their choice. OpenPad Enterprise also enables your developers to re-use existing code, significantly reducing the cost of development. These controls can be made available to all OpenPad Enterprise users to use within the drag and drop page editor. This enables users to create pages with sophisticated logic without the need to learn any programming languages.

Syndication
OpenPad Enterprise allows you to create pages with alternative content and page layouts to publish syndicated pages to partner sites. Full page syndication allows you to easily manage how your content is displayed on partner sites.

Manage HTML Email
OpenPad Enterprise can be integrated with your email servers to send emails developed using the OpenPad drag and drop page editor. This allows your IT team to manage email campaigns, update your email lists, and report on the success of the campaign from a centralized application.

Maintenance
OpenPad Enterprise is a hosted service. We provide all the maintenance for the server. We will periodically upgrade the software, and make sure it is running to meet your needs.

Your team will have access to online documentation for OpenPad. A FAQ and online manual are available to make sure that you can get work done without a hitch.
